ISO is the film, and it catches how much light there is in a place. ISO 50 is darker then the ISO 5000 because the ISO 50 was not able to absorb as much light as the ISO 5000 was. When you use the flash the photo was more lit up and not grainy, where when you used ISO the picture would get lit up but it would b grainy. When using a fast ISO you must becare that the picture does not get to bright and the picture can b grainy too.
